On 11 September 2025, Shift Technology hosted its second coaching workshop for the Women in Fraud network, attended by around 25 female insurance fraud professionals. Led by coach Gemma Brown, the session “Reclaiming Ambition and the Art of Resilience” focused on ambition, resilience, and career growth, featuring small group discussions and a panel of industry experts. The network, launched in 2023, aims to connect women in fraud, share experiences, strengthen professional networks, and promote diversity and collaboration in the insurance sector. Future workshops will be guided by attendee feedback to ensure continued relevance and engagement.
