Shift Technology and AXA have renewed their strategic partnership for five years, extending a collaboration that spans 15 countries across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
The companies began working together in 2016, deploying AI decisioning systems across claims, fraud detection, and underwriting. According to the announcement, the technology has helped AXA identify organized and opportunistic fraud while accelerating legitimate claims processing.
