Jesse has over 20 years of expertise in the healthcare industry, where he has held leadership positions in strategy development and execution for health plans and healthcare organizations. His areas of focus include payment integrity, data science, analytics, clinical review, policy development, network strategies, market expansion, and partnership development.
Mark Starinsky
Product Lead, Healthcare
Mark Starinsky, AHFI, CFE, CHC, SA is the product lead for Shift Technology’s Payment Integrity solution, where he is responsible for building and managing Shift’s AI powered solution for payment accuracy. Before Shift, Mark managed Product and Service Delivery for payment integrity solutions at Covitivi and General Dynamics IT. Prior to his technology roles, Mark was a criminal investigator and senior auditor for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General (OIG). During more than 10 years with the OIG, Mark successfully identified more than $1 billion of fraud, waste and abuse.
