As the Product Marketing Director for Subrogation Decisions at Shift Technology, Tom Harrington works to promote our claims products, which helps insurers accelerate the claims process while increasing accuracy. To this role he brings experience from two leading insurance firms, Aon and Liberty Mutual, and 13 years in enterprise software space at Pega. In total, Tom’s insurance career spans nearly a quarter-century.

Bruno Fernandes is Data Scientist Tech Lead at Shift Technology, a provider of fraud detection and claims automation solutions for the global insurance industry. In this role, he is responsible for leading the subrogation decisions team and implementing machine learning models for performing liability estimation and assessing subrogation viability.
