When I joined Shift Technology back in May, I knew I was getting into something special. Just how special was yet to be known. No one needs to be reminded what the world was (and still is) going through when we started to feel the impacts early in 2020. But I believed in the company, I believed in the technology, I believed in Shift’s leadership, and most important, I believed in its people.

Today, as we contemplate the end of one year and the beginning of another, we look back on a period of strong growth! Over the course of nine months, I’ve watched a team of exceptional professionals embrace a new Go-to-Market strategy, creating phenomenal opportunities to bring Shift’s insurance decision automation and optimization technology to carriers around the world.

As we look toward the end of 2020, I’m excited to close out what can only be described as a tremendous year. We’ve scaled our presence in important markets.  We’ve expanded our partner ecosystem. And, we’ve been named to several prominent “Best of” or “Top of” lists including those from The Insurance Post, Strategy Meets Action, CB Insights and FinTech Global. Our prominent customer wins and exciting industry accolades are solid evidence that we’re doing something right. Early next year, Shift will be making some exciting announcements about our technology strategy and our drive to revolutionize the Insurance market, so stay tuned.

In the meantime, I want to wish our customers, employees and partners a happy holiday season and a healthy and prosperous New Year.
