New for 2026, Claims Sprint is a highly interactive, collaborative session that brings insurer representatives and industry partners together in mixed teams to work through some of the biggest challenges facing property claims today. Rather than sitting through another panel discussion, participants will roll up their sleeves alongside insurers to explore ideas, share experiences and develop practical solutions that can help shape the future of the sector.
It's a format that reflects exactly what ILC — and Shift — are about: collaboration, innovation and meaningful engagement across the market.
Property claims is an area where the right technology, applied well, can make a real difference — to loss ratios, to cycle times, and ultimately to the policyholders waiting for their claim to be resolved.
